The SimplyFlo blog will be working closely with Calisthenics Lynn to bring you health related information to help your mind body and soul.
Calisthenics’ hope is to promote health, wealth, and knowledge of self by providing free community calisthenics classes, exercise challenges, nutritional advice, individual and group personal training, nutrition consultations, healthier meal prep opportunities, and making mindfulness activities such as Yoga and Meditation readily available to the community.
(*consultations personal training, and meal prep are not free).
